If you are tired of carrying heavy Gel/Led-acid batteries about then why not consider our range of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. At only a fraction of the weight the advantages are much greater, the dimensions are also smaller and a flat discharge rate meaning the light stays brighter for longer. Batteries come complete with charger. Please note, by law, lithium batteries higher than 8Ah should not be transported on passenger flights (always check with your airline before travel). Battery Running Times: Note, these are approximate times and from Lithium batteries fully charged. Weather conditions can effect these times, for instance, longer in warm condition and less in cold, wet conditions (note batteries are not waterproof and we recommend placing in a plastic/Tupperware box when in use). The 16Ah will run a 20w actinic trap for approximately 8 hours and the 22Ah will run the same trap for approximately 10 hours. See table below.
