As a general guide orders below £10 will be charged at £7.50 P&P, orders over £10 and below £100 will be charged at £10.00 P&P (this includes chokes, control boxes and microscopes). Orders over £100 (complete traps, cables) will be charged at £12-50 P&P.

For orders sent via courier, we require notification of where to leave safe should no one be present to sign, this is important.

IMPORTANT - It is now company policy that we will only send items to the card holder's registered address (Billing Address), this policy is in place to protect both the customer and retailer. If you do require items to be sent to an address other than the billing address or for further information please contact us first. Once despatched the order cannot be changed. If there has been an error upon ordering before despatch then there may be a restocking fee charged.
When making payments with ALS we take your privacy very importantly. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Returns Policy - We want you to enjoy your new equipment, however if for any reason there is anything you are not happy with, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase. When returning an item please ensure it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. If you choose to return your item, please contact us first either by e-mail or telephone.
Any orders received damaged MUST be notified to us within seven days.
